Mission Statement
"The Corporation is formed exclusively for charitable purposes to provide a comprehensive community based program, having the goal of reducing crime, incarceration and the rate of offender recidivism. The mission of the Corporation shall be to provide a vehicle for constructive and productive offender participation in the mainstream of community life through the provision of crime prevention and jail/prison diversion services including but not limited to: employment development and training, substance abuse treatment, counseling, residential services, and social services referrals for youth and adults diverted or released from incarcerative settings."
